PreparationYou don't always have to buy a new carpet to get the best price. Gill can personally advise you on what you should and needn't do before we put up the for sale sign.
MarketingWe create jargon-free particulars to the highest standard and will happily incorporate individual requirements. We will usually take photographs of your home ourselves. However, we can arrange for a professional photographer to give your home the Homes and Gardens treatment if you prefer.
As we are member solicitors, your property will be marketed in the ESPC's property shop, on their website and in the weekly list, as well as on our website. We will also arrange advertisements in the press if you wish.
Proactive viewing Trust us to show your home to perfection to potential buyers. Our viewing agents will always thoroughly familiarise themselves with your house beforehand so they won't miss a trick! Afterwards, we'll immediately give you our perception of the viewers' level of interest. We are also happy to follow up viewings with a phone call to the viewers to request feedback.
Keeping in touch You will have email or telephone access to a named contact at all times.
We will provide a weekly progress report on our marketing at an agreed time.
7 day serviceAs viewers often call at weekends, when many estate agents' offices are closed, we always have someone 'on call' so they can arrange viewings with you as promptly as possible and potential viewers are not lost.
